Itella Logistics’ contract services are renamed
Itella Logistics’ contract services are renamed on 1 September 2009 as a result of internationalization
From the beginning of September, Itella Logistics' contract services will have new names in our domestic market area in North Europe and the Baltic countries. The main products in the entire area will be Itella Express and Itella Economy. The name changes will not have an impact on contracts, and they do not require customers to take any measures. The international parcel services EMS, Priority and Economy will remain as before.

Join the climate project
Itella takes its environmental responsibility seriously. For example, we have undertaken to reduce CO2 emissions by 10% by 2012. Now, you also have the opportunity to actively participate in the climate effort. From September 1, you can obtain a chargeable, additional Green service for our Itella Express and Itella Economy services. The carbon dioxide emissions of Itella Green shipments are computed and fully compensated for through climate projects. In Finland, you may select the additional Itella Green service for any Itella Express and Itella Economy service, and thus neutralize the carbon dioxide emissions of shipments.
