Additional services for international transport

For the Itella Express Business Day service and international parcels, you can select one or all of the following additional services. For shipments abroad, the following additional services are available:

Additional service features
Written proof of delivery The sender receives a written certificate as proof of the item being delivered to the recipient.
Transport insurance Transport insurance provides additional coverage in case the item sent abroad is damaged or lost, but not for valuables. Insurance value is limited to EUR 15,000 per delivery.
Payer other than the sender The transport fees and possible additional service fees for the delivery can be paid by someone other than the sender.
