Make replying easy for your customers
You can collect more responses from foreign customers using the same method as in Finland: by making replying easy for your customers. They can send their replies free of charge, and you will only need to pay for returned items. Maxi size can be used to return goods from certain countries to Finland.
Reply mail markings are printed in French and/or English. International Reply Mail Items use the postal code FI-00003 HELSINKI, regardless of recipient's location.
Reply mail services are always subject to an agreement; the same code can be used for both domestic and international business reply mail items.
Business reply mail items are returned to Finland from abroad at the speed of Priority letters. Items arriving in Finland are sorted and delivered at the speed of domestic Priority letters.

Maxi sized International business reply items can be used for countries with a maximum weight of 2 kg.
Maximum dimensions of maxi size:
- Length + width + thickness 900mm, maximum length 600mm
- for tubular items, length + (diameter x 2) 1,040mm, maximum length 900mm
