Picking up items from the post office box

The delivery of items to the P.O.box on working days (Mon-Fri) shall be completed by the time announced at the delivery outlet, generally by the opening time of the postal outlet. Items can be picked up from the P.O. box during the opening hours of the postal outlet.

Delivering mail to the post office  box

The following type of mail shall be delivered to the P.O. box.

  • addressed letters and magazines mailed to the P.O. box address
  • unaddressed items
  • advices of arrival for items that can be collected at a postal outlet
  • items equipped with the customer's visiting address, if the customer's post office box and the visiting address are located within the same delivery office area.

Express items shall be delivered to the P.O. box only if they are equipped with no address other than the P.O. box.

Pricing

The service is subject to a charge and a separate contract concluded through our Customer service. The annual rent shall be invoiced for a period of 12 months at the beginning of the invoicing period.
