Other delivery services

The standard deliveries are made on working days (Mon–Fri) by 4 pm. Standard delivery includes the delivery of the following items with a maximum dimension of 25cm x 40cm x 3cm and weighing up to 2kg:

• Letters and publications that do not require a signature
• Advices of arrival for mail items requiring a signature or unfit for standard delivery due their size

This service includes the standard delivery of mail to a letter box or another place designated by the customer, deviating from Itella's standard delivery plan. The service is subject to a charge and a separate contract.

The service contract can be made with an individual customer living in a detached house or housing co-operative, or with a housing co-operative applying to all or part of its residents.

Mail is delivered to the customer's temporary address.

• Delivery to a letter box located within a group of letter boxes of permanent residents, free of charge
• Delivery to a separate letter box located along the delivery route
  - basic charge EUR 17.60/2 months (incl. VAT)
  - additional months EUR 11.70/month (incl. VAT)

If the mail carrier has to diverge from the standard delivery route to deliver the mail, the price of the service will be determined by the distance covered.
