Saturday delivery
Express letters posted on Friday are delivered on Saturday by 2 pm.

| Indications and Codes | Express letters must carry a label indicating Saturday delivery in addition to an Exprès barcode label. The address marked on the item should be the addressee’s street address. |
| Sending | Express letters can be mailed at a postal outlet, sorting centre or terminal. They may not be dropped into a postbox. Itella can also pick up Express letters from the sender (a service subject to a charge). For more detailed information, go to Delivery time inquiry or contact our Customer service. |
| Track and Trace | You can track the status of an item with the tracking code provided by using the tracking tool or contacting our Customer service. |
| Receiving | Express letters posted on Friday are delivered on Saturday by 2 pm. If the addressee cannot be reached, the letter will be delivered on a standard delivery round. The service is subject to a delivery time commitment. If the item cannot be delivered in keeping with the service commitment, the transport fee will be refunded. |
| Pricing | The price of the Saturday delivery service is based on the number of items, and it is collected from the sender in addition to the transport fee. |
