Express letter
Express letter is a secure way of having important messages delivered by the next working day.
It’s a fast service for sending important and urgent documents (e.g. various tickets) as well as images and drawings.

| Delivery Time | Express letters sent on working days (Mon–Fri) from postal outlet by the time indicated are delivered to addressees on the following working day (Mon–Fri) after leaving the items to postal outlet. In designated areas, Express letters are also delivered on Saturdays, excluding holidays. To check delivery areas, use Delivery time enquiry. The delivery time commitment does not apply to Express Letters dropped into a postbox or found among other mail. |

| Indications and Codes | An Exprès barcode label should be affixed to Express letters. In addition, Express letters to be delivered on Saturday require a label indicating Saturday delivery. |
| Sending | Express letters can be mailed at a postal outlet, sorting centre or terminal. You may not drop them into a postbox. Itella can also pick up Express letters from the sender (the service is subject to a charge). If the sender has made an agreement for payment against an invoice (PP payment method), items must be marked on a mailing list. |
| Track and Trace | You can track the status of an item with the tracking code provided, by using the item tracking system or contacting our Customer service. |
| Receiving | Express letters are delivered to the addressee on a standard delivery round. If the only address marked on the letter is a P.O. Box address, it will be delivered to the P.O. Box. If both a P.O. Box and a street address have been provided, the letter will be delivered to the street address. |
