Express envelope
An easy-to-use cardboard envelope for urgent messages, easy to distinguish from other items. Fill in sender and addressee information, affix a barcode and take to a postal outlet.
| Destination Countries | A prepaid Express envelope for domestic items. There is a separate Express envelope for international mail. |
| Delivery Time | Domestic letter services have the same delivery times as Express letters. International services have the same delivery times as Exprés letters. On the next working day (Mon-Fri) in Finland. No delivery on midweek holidays. |
| Maximum Weight | Limits printed on the envelopes: |
| Indications and Codes | In addition to sender and addressee information, the envelope must bear an Express letter barcode, which you will receive when you purchase or order the envelopes. |
| Sending | Items must be mailed at a postal outlet. The delivery time commitment does not apply to items dropped into a postbox. |
| Track and Trace | You can track the status of an item with the barcode by using the online tracking system or calling our Customer service. |
| Receiving | Deliveries are made to a street address or P.O. Box, depending on the address marked on the envelope. |
| Pricing | The price includes envelopes and postage up to 500g. |
| Payment Methods | Express envelopes are also sold in bundles against an invoice. |

| Restrictions as to Content | A prepaid Express envelope is not suitable for sending cash. Itella assumes responsibility for items containing cash, securities or other valuables only if they are sent as Insured items. |
