City Express
City Express is a service designed for sending urgent items to addressees in a designated area on the same day either in the afternoon (City Express day) or in the evening (City Express evening).

| Indications and Codes | City Express letters must be equipped with an Exprès barcode label and a ‘Citypika, päivä’ (City Express day) or ‘Citypika, ilta’ (City Express evening) label, depending on the service required. |
| Sending | City Express letters must be taken to designated postal outets. To check these, use the Delivery time enquiry or contact our Customer service. Itella can also pick up Express letters from the sender (a pick-up service subject to a charge). |
| Track and Trace | You can track the status of an item with the tracking code provided by using the item tracking system or contacting our Customer service. |
| Receiving | City Express letters are delivered to the addressee’s address (excluding P.O. Box addresses) on the day of posting in designated areas in the Helsinki Metropolitan area, Turku, Tampere and Oulu. To check the service areas, use the Delivery time inquiry or call our Customer service. If you are intending to send a City Express evening letter, please make sure that the carrier has access to the address in question. |
