An up-to-date customer register is worth its weight in gold

Even the best messages will fail to work if they do not reach the intended recipients. By keeping your customer register up to date you can prevent customer contacts from being lost needlessly. Customer registers can be maintained by comparing them to the data stored in the Population Information System or in Itella’s address register.

 

Regular updates and maintenance

Regular updates ensure that your customer database is always up to date. The database is subject to numerous natural changes, such as changes of address or changes of last name. Regular updates are performed every one to four weeks. The content of updates is determined on a case-by-case basis.

One-time updates

A register update carried out before a campaign ensures that message delivery will not fail due to incorrect addresses. Marketing register updates are quick to complete and lead to reduced costs.
