Change-of-address and forwarding
services for companies
Make sure that when your company moves, the mail sent to your old address will also be delivered quickly to your new address. You can also make a temporary change of address or direct your mail abroad.
Online change of address for companies
Services subject to a charge:
- permanent change of address
- temporary change of address
- delivery interruption (i.e. mail holding)
A permanent or temporary change of address can be paid against an invoice or, when making the change, using the online banking services of Nordea, OKO Bank or Sampo Bank. The delivery interruption service must always be paid for using online banking services.
The following notifications are free of charge:
- address notification (a new office)
- a new company
On the basis of the notification, the company or its office will be added as mail recipient at the address concerned. Chargeable change-of-address and redirection services can not be ordered with the free of charge notification.
You can login to the change-of-address service using one of the following three methods:
Online banking username and password
Itella TYVI Pro username and password
Username and password to the Itella's extranet
The services can also be ordered and paid for at any postal outlet.
