Mailing lists
Mailing lists must be submitted to Itella without exception for letter, DM and publication mailings.The list displays the customer IDs, payer information, service levels etc. required for invoicing for mailings. The easiest way to fill in mailing lists is to do so electronically, over the Internet.
The key changes:
- Itella Home Direct, catalog items to be discontinued. Replacement weight classes will be added on the Home Direct item
- The partial mailing policy for newspapers/magazines will be discontinued, which is why no batch IDs will be used on the mailing list for magazine/newspaper products.
- Consingment, inbound (letters, newspapers/magazines) product items will be discontinued. Domestic items will be used in them from now on.
The printed mailing list acts as a back-up system for the electronic mailing list. The use of the printed mailing list is free of charge when the electronic mailing list is unavailable due to Itella's system errors.
You may order new letter mailing lists and should dispose of old mailing lists. Mailing lists of newspapers/magazines can be ordered in January.
