Itella’s invoices available as eInvoices
Receive eInvoices from Itella and avoid many unnecessary work phases: circulate, check and archive invoices in electronic format.
We can transmit Itella’s invoices as eInvoices to the customers of the following eInvoice operators: Itella Information Oy, Itella Workflow (Laskunet), BasWare, Tietoenator, AnLinker, WM-Data Novo, Enfo and the bank operators Sampo and Nordea.
The eInvoice comprises:
- Invoice data in electronically processible format. The information content and data format depend on the agreement between your company and your operator, and the application in use.
- As an attachment (eInvoice) or link (finvoice), image of the invoice in pdf format and the agreed invoice reports as a pdf image and csv file. Note! Not all operators can receive attachments. You should check this with your operator.
