Delivery method descriptions in distance and online commerce
Itella's services are identified as ‘Posti' services in online shops and catalogs when the customers are Finnish consumers. Itella Group provides services using the ‘Itella' brand name for companies and provides services using the ‘Posti' brand name for consumers.
Posti is a reliable and well-known operator for Finns. Posti's outlet network covers all of Finland. Your customers will recognize Posti and its services.
The services have designated names for consumer customers. Moreover, other visual elements such as the logo and the overall look must conform to the Posti brand.
The Itella logo, the visual element (arches), or the service names for corporate customers are not used for consumer services such as online shops. When necessary, the company behind the services may be referred to in the text.
Instructions and material prepared for you
Merchant guidelines have been drawn up for the proper way of communicating about our services. The guidelines (in Finnish) include the service names and descriptions with which you can easily and consistently communicate about the service online, in catalogs, and in other material.
We have also prepared marketing materials (in Finnish) that merchants may download, update and use in their own service.
