Recording telephone calls and messages
Should the business or service transaction so require, Itella Corporation records phone calls and messages for the purpose of verifying their contents. Recordings will only be used to secure the rights and legal protection of customers and the service provider. These recordings can also be used for in-house staff training purposes in order to improve customer service and enhance service quality. The recordings will not be used for any other purposes or submitted to third parties unless required by law.
